You can follow our team on this blog!

We will try to constantly put updates on this blog as to what we are doing and the great things that are happening in Bamboi, Ghana while we are there. Please feel free to leave us comments and good thoughts to meditate on while we are there! I will try and post something everyday but I have to warn you that there are times when the power may be out for a day or two and that cuts me off. Don't panic if that is the case will try and update as best as we can.

Thanks for all your support and prayers they are very much needed and appriciated!

Clark

Just talked to Angela,
The team arrived at SeaTac this morning to find that Delta airline made a mistake; they canceled the team's flight arrangements. The airline went to work buying flights back from other passengers. All members arrived together, a tired bunch of travelers on their way to Africa. My second call from Angela, was about 2:45 they were sitting on the plane waiting for take off. Because of the mistake, Delta bumped the entire team up to first class seats for the eleven hour flight. They have plenty of room to relax and get some rest on this flight. The team should arrive in Accra about 2:00 am our time or 8:54 am Africa time.
Please keep this team and the Guatemala team in your prayers.

Wow, first class seats for the Ghana Team--that's God's favor! Already our prayers are being answered! We continue to believe both Guatemala and Ghana teams have divine favor, divine appointments, divine blessings, divine wisdom & revelation divine schedules, divine meetings, open doors! May the Lord's will be done in all things and through the teams!

Good morning,
The other morning the devotional I was reading Joyce Meyer, was talking about "Standby". As a team you have shared an interesting experience of God's blessing when it comes to what most people relate to the word "Standby".
The Holy Spirit is also on "Standby" he is always waiting for us to call on him. (John 14:16 -17) It does not have to be long, drawn out, formal or detailed, a simple "Help" and he is there ready willing and able. He has promised never to leave you or forsake you. Trust him, he is always on "Standby" just waiting for you.

I know that God has many amazing things in store for you in the days ahead, you are never alone, he is right there with you all the way.
Have a great day everyone,

Angela, I love you, Aaron stayed up all night he couldn't fall asleep, (video game of course) and Gandalf keeps looking at the door wondering where you are. Take care of yourself and don't forget to drink water Sweetheart.

Donnie, Deb is having trouble setting up the blog; so will help her later she said tell you she loves you.
Mom is praying for all of you and looking forward to hearing all about your trip. Angela don't forget to take lots of pictures for Grandma.

Monica-

I already miss you my sweet girl!

I hope the plane ride and long bumpy road have gone relatively well....I bet you are really tired. I will be praying for you and your mom in Guatemala.

Enjoy every moment...you will be heading back before you know it.

I love you...

Hi Clark,
Wonderful news about being upgraded to First Class! God is blessing your team already and showing you Favor. It will be exciting to see Him work through all of you!

Rick fixed the trailer with a very inexpensive part and a hose clamp. We were quite pleased. Took him 10 minutes tops to fix - definitely an answer to prayer.

Dina is doing well and sleeping good at night. We are taking good care of her. Your daily cards are so sweet! We have lots of phone calls, emails and texts, going back and forth. We spent Monday evening together for about 4-5 hours, talking and petting the cats and dogs.

Granny's 77th birthday is Wed, the 12th. She is treating all the girls - daughters, granddaughters, sister and niece - to dinner. Kerri will bring Gramps out for it.

Keeping you and your team in our prayers! Love and hugs to you, my son! Mom #2

P.S. Would love some beach sand from Ghana for my collection. :)

Hey Angel Girl,
Is Ghana what you remembered?

This morning as I was reading my Bible and having devotions I was thinking about all of your team, the container and what God is doing and going to do. One of my favorite verses Nehemiah 8:10 says that, the joy of the Lord is our strength. In thinking about the container and the gifts you have to share with the chiefs and villages keep in mind one of the biggest gifts you can share with these people is your smile and attitude. Let the joy of the Lord flow threw and out of you, be as contagious as a wild fire. Let his love for these people bubble up and out of you God sent you there to light their world and water his seed.
Angela love you Sweetie.Tell Uncle Donnie he is loved too :-) we miss both of you and are praying that this trip God shows you many, many amazing things. Take care of yourselves, have fun and let Jesus shine in all you do.
Love you, (more!) :-)
Mom

Hi Clark! Thank you SO MUCH for the new card every morning! I have never been so excited to get up before!!!! :) You are the most AMAZING and thoughtful and wonderful husband EVER!! All the animals said to say hello too (in their own language of course, Sugar and Nutmeg say it in licks). :) All is going well here at home. I miss you more than words can express!! I am so proud of you and what you are doing! I am not able to post to the blog from my phone so you will probably also get emails from me (not sure if you will be able to receive them or not). I just want you to know I am thinking about you and love you dearly! Love always, your wife
